Tests Result: 1. customer is able to use 10% more of calpet to reduce material cost
2. cosmetic and mechanical property is competitive even use high % of calpet
3. printing quality is good for bags made with 15% calpet (the Test Cell)
Future Study

feasibility of using of 20%, 30% or even 40% of calpet will be further evaluated.
